The product came quick and was wrapped in bubble wrap. still it arrived in perfect condition. it comes with 8 filters (1 inside the water fountain and 7 extras). also there is a small filter in front of the water pump. that way all the dirt can be kept away. it can contain a lot of water, so you don't need to refill each day. I like the idea of the usb cable because you can take it any room or place and just use a usb battery. it is perfect for in the garden during the summer. It uses very little electricity and the noise is very low. almost not notable.nyou hear the water fall and the pump. the led is great as a night light. and if you don't have the cat anymore you can use it as a humidifier also. I did needed to clean it with a lot of water because the water tasted bad. the problem was the water pump filter. so after cleaning it with a lot of flowing water for 24hours the water is ok. in the summer just add some ice cubes for refreshing drinking water. the seller is good in replying

Me encantó y a mi gato también. Tal cual como en las fotos, no viene en caja pero trae un embalaje que proteje bien el producto. Funciona muy bien y no emite ruido, eso es muy bueno. Se ve de muy buena calidad, excelente precio y llegó a Chile antes de la fecha estimada. Lo recomiendo 100 %
